Post Development Phase |
The Post Development Phase is the final stage of any development task at Synapse. During this process, our testing, marketing, and project coordinating teams get involved in final documentation and project delivery. Initially, we check out all the integrated modules merged together in the final product with the help of the testing team and the client.
The Post Development Phase can be divided into:
1. Roll-out Planning and Implementation
2. Product Support
3. Training
4. Configuration management and version control
During this phase, our marketing team visits the customer facility to install the product and for a demonstration to the client's team. Here, we make sure that all the planned and required features have been roll-out into the final product. We also ensure that all necessary documentation and other required technical or non-technical features are provided to the client.
Prior to final installation of the product, we inform our client about the basic system configuration and other requirements.
