Client Brief:
The client asked us for design and development of an e-commerce website for selling their products online. The client wanted to have such categories for users as to enable them to view and select products to be purchased as also an Administrative Console to manage the products and categories on the website. The site must have a general store open for retail users and TeamFCA members, a staff store which can be only accessed by the staff members.
Our Endeavour:
We designed the flow, navigation and interface of the website. We provided an exclusive look and feel to the site. The site has been developed using ASP platform and MSSQL. The site provides userfriendly interface where the product purchase can be done on the click of a mouse. The site maintains invoice history of purchases made by clients. The administrator of the site has been provided with such features that enable him to manage the products, product categories, product sub-categories, their retail pricing, bulk pricing, special pricing for staff members, product photographs, product top picks, featured products, custom order of products, newsletter, promotional ads, specialty product search, control product order as also to view un-processed invoices, and manage all three types of users. |
