The project:
We developed a chat module for our client using Asp.Net, Sql Server 2000, Web Service & Flash communication server. A short snippet of code, can be generated add to advisor websites, which initiated the chat via a icon/button.Separate tables in database to store chat transactions. Advisors can modify fee before chat session begins, open chat session in free mode & a sound to let advisor know they have a customer. One minute warning for advisor and member when funds are depleted. Timer, "Save Chat" & "Exit/Quit Session" button for both advisor & member. Members can "Hire Expert", "Deposit fund" & "Refresh Account" when required. |
